Our mission
Trainer compliance records in Australia have historically been scattered across emails, shared drives and filing cabinets — making audits stressful, connections inefficient, and professional development hard to track.
We built TrainerVault to solve this. A single secure platform where trainers own their professional file, RTOs can access what they need for ASQA audits, and PD providers can reach their audience directly.

How it works
Document authenticity disclaimer
TrainerVault stores documents but does not verify their authenticity. RTOs are responsible for independent verification as required by ASQA.
Timestamped PDF audit reports
Every PDF downloaded is watermarked with the RTO name, date, and a confidentiality notice — ASQA-ready out of the box.
ASQA audit links
RTOs can generate time-limited shareable links for ASQA auditors — no login required. Every access is logged.
Full access transparency
Trainers see a complete log of every time their file is viewed — by whom, when, and how. Nothing is hidden.
7-year audit trail
All admin actions and file accesses are logged in an immutable audit trail retained for 7 years.
Secure cloud storage
Documents are stored in AWS S3 with server-side encryption (SSE-S3). Private buckets, signed URLs, Australian region.
